Thalheim is a municipality in the district of Brugg in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland.

Thalheim has an area, , of . Of this area, or 49.9% is used for agricultural purposes, while or 43.5% is forested. Of the built up area, housing and buildings made up 2.4% and transportation infrastructure made up 2.7%. 40.1% of the total land area is heavily forested and 3.4% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. Of the agricultural land, 17.9% is used for growing crops and 29.7% is pastures, while 2.4% is used for orchards or vine crops. All the water in the municipality is in rivers and streams.〔
